Professor Li Jinying was born in March, 1957 and graduated from Dept. of Chemical Engineering, Tsinghua University in 1982 and resumed his master degree study in Nuclear Fuel Cycle in China Nuclear Graduate School at 1987. Joining the faculty after his graduation, he served at Dept. of Radiochemistry as Prof., Associate Division Director, and Associate Present of China Institute of Atomic Energy. He was appointed Administrator of Dept. of Planning of China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC) in 2005 and served as President of China Mass Spectrometry Society and China Nuclear and Radiochemistry Society. In 2010, Professor Li Jinying came to be board chairman of CNNC Hunan Taohuajiang Nuclear Power Co. Ltd. Professor Li Jinying's research interest focuses on Nuclear Power Plant, Nuclear Fuel Cycle, Nuclear Safeguards and Mass spectrometry analysis and has published more than 100 papers. |

Born on November 17, 1966, David, Hu Zhuo holds a Master of Business
Administration degree from Beijing Jiaotong University and a Master of
Engineering degree from Yunnan University. In December 1988, he
joined the Guangdong Nuclear Power Joint Venture Co., Ltd. (GNPJVC)
which was the largest-ever joint venture formed in China in the 1980’s to
take charge of the construction and operation of the Guangdong Daya Bay
Nuclear Power Station, and has been working there ever since in a variety
of capacities including Administration Manager, Planning and Marketing
Manager and Secretary to the Board of Directors. He is currently working
at China Nuclear Power Engineering Co., Ltd. (CNPEC) which is a
wholly-owned subsidiary of CGNPC and a pace-setter specializing in the
architect-engineering, project management and construction management
of the nuclear build program in China. |

Dr Bismark Tyobeka is a Technical Lead on Gas-Cooled Reactor Technology Development in the Division of Nuclear Power at the IAEA. In this role he advices the Agency on all technology development issues pertaining to gas-cooled reactors, including high-temperature reactors. This includes advances in fuel designs, structural materials, codes and methods development for safety analysis. He is also involved in other Agency projects concerned with near term deployment of nuclear power plants, most notably, construction technologies employed in current nuclear power plants construction projects and researching futuristic methods with a view of improving the schedule, lower the costs and improve the quality. Dr Tyobeka is also a technical officer for several IAEA Technical cooperation Projects aimed at assisting those Member States intending on starting new nuclear power programmes in developing the infrastructure needed to deliver a nuclear power programme. He holds a masters degree in project management from Colorado Technical University (USA) and he also hold a masters and a PhD degree in Nuclear Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University in the USA. |

Stephen Tennant is a Chartered Engineering Surveyor, a Chartered Building Professional and a Mediator (and in a past life, a Construction Insurance Broker) with over 35 years professional experience, mainly in Hong Kong and Asia, of using risk managed project management techniques to manage, fast track deliver, finance and insure some of Asia’s largest infrastructure/civil engineering/building developments; working initially for international contractors for 25 years, but during the past 10 years as a consultant to owners, governments, contractors and others for projects, problems and disputes. He will review some of the strategies, techniques and philosophies used and lessons learnt during this period, including cultural ones. |

Arun Mani is a Managing Director in Huron Consulting Group’s Utilities Consulting practice and specializes in assisting clients with large capital project and business operations decisions using state-of-the art Decision Analysis methodology. Mr. Mani is an expert in risk assessments and financial modeling and has assisted clients analyze and evaluate major capital projects in the nuclear generation industry including new nuclear build, plant life extension, extended power up-rate, and major capital component replacements. He has worked with utility executives, attorneys, public utility commission personnel, and investment bankers to provide independent assessments on various topical issues including useful life of generation assets, capital project risks and returns, power procurement, and fair market value issues. Mr. Mani has successfully led and completed more than 50 consulting projects for over 20 clients over the last decade.
Prior to joining Huron Consulting Group, Mr. Mani was a Partner with Barrington-Wellesley Group, a boutique consulting firm specializing in the utilities industry, and before that held consulting positions with Navigant Consulting and Deloitte. Mr. Mani has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Mathematics from Denison University. He is also a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and an Accredited Valuation Analyst (AVA). He is presently enrolled in a Certificate program in Strategic Decisions and Risk Management at Stanford University. |

Andy Mulkerin has 12 years of experience in U.S. manufacturing operations and has successfully managed China-focused technology transfer initiatives in the nuclear and oil and gas industries.
Before Nicobar, he built and led E Ink’s chemical and electronics manufacturing operations that supply the display material for the Amazon Kindle and Sony Reader e-books. Andy has also managed chemical processing operations for Domino Sugar’s Specialty refinery in Brooklyn, NY and oversaw manufacturing for raw materials used in the pharmaceuticals industry.
He has extensive experience in program management, manufacturing and process management, organizational change management and the design and implementation of quality systems. Andy specializes in US-China manufacturing process transfer.
Andy has been featured in the Wall Street Journal and Business 2.0. He grew up in Boston, MA and holds a BS from Columbia University in Chemical Engineering and an MBA from Harvard Business School. |
